To prevent fraud and ensure that all resources reach disaster-stricken areas efficiently, the EDMS employs a strict Public Ledger verification system.

1. Transparency Ledger

• The EDMS aims for 100% transparency. Your verified name and the nature of your pledge will be logged in the public LGU transparency board.

2. Document Verification

• A Valid Government ID is required to verify identity and prevent scam pledges. Your uploaded ID is encrypted, stored securely, and is never made public.

3. Data Privacy

• In compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), your contact information will only be used by authorized personnel.
