By registering as a rescuer under the EDMS network, you are authorizing the LDRRMO to dispatch you into active disaster zones based on your credentials.

1. Mandatory Verification & GPS Tracking

• Your Medical Certificate and BLS Certificate must be actively valid.
• Submission of forged documents is a criminal offense under the law and will result in immediate prosecution.
• When logged into the EDMS Mobile App during an active operation, you consent to continuous GPS tracking to coordinate extractions.

2. Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173)

• Your personal information and uploaded credentials are encrypted and accessible only to authorized LGU Command Center personnel.

3. Liability Waiver & Chain of Command

• You acknowledge that rescue operations involve extreme physical risk.
• You agree to operate strictly under the authority of the Incident Commander and abide by all LDRRMO deployment protocols. Self-deployment outside of authorized EDMS dispatch is prohibited.
